Our client wanted to incorporate advanced AI capabilities into its platform. Since the recruitment landscape continuously evolves, it is crucial to integrate new technologies and approaches for better customer experience and enhanced competitive edge.

Solution

Unidatalab developed an AI solution to address aforementioned challenges. With this solution, our client can benefit from image generation for job posts based on descriptions, automated parsing of invoices and receipts, and efficient extraction of information from applicant CVs.

How it works

The solution operates through a carefully designed, automated process that elevates our client’s recruitment platform with AI-powered features. When a new job posting is created, the system triggers the AI-powered image generation API, which uses AWS Bedrock to analyze the job description and create a relevant, visually appealing image for the listing.

The system employs Large Language Models (LLMs) to parse incoming invoices and receipts for document processing. It extracts key-value pairs from these documents, applying validation rules to guarantee accuracy. A manual approval loop is incorporated for additional verification when needed.

When a new CV is uploaded to the platform, the intelligent CV analysis tool automatically extracts and summarizes key information. when uploaded to the platform, It identifies relevant skills and languages, verifies gender, and extracts nationality data. This processed information is then presented in a standardized format for easy review by recruiters.

The workflow integrates into our partner’s existing platform and requires minimal human intervention. Users can initiate these AI-powered processes with a few clicks, and the system handles the complex computations and analysis in the background. The result is a more efficient, accurate, and user-friendly recruitment process.

Our challenges:

Insufficient visual appeal of job postings

Our client’s platform needed an efficient way to create visually appealing job postings. With thousands of job listings, manually creating or selecting relevant images for each post was time-consuming and inconsistent. The partner requested an automated solution to generate appropriate images based on job descriptions, ensuring a more engaging user experience for job seekers.

Difficulties in document processing and CV analysis

The manual processing of financial documents and applicant CVs was a significant bottleneck in our client’s operations. Extracting relevant information from invoices, receipts, and CVs was labor-intensive and prone to human error. This inefficiency slowed the recruitment process and increased the risk of overlooking crucial details in candidate profiles and financial records.

Project stages

Description:

In the initial stage, we focused on setting up the infrastructure and developing the image generation API. We configured the AWS Bedrock environment and created the API to generate images based on job descriptions. The team also began integration of this feature into client’s platform, supporting seamless integration of the existing system and the new AI component.

The second stage was all about the development of the automated document parsing solution and the intelligent CV analysis tool. We implemented LLM-based algorithms for extracting key-value pairs from invoices and receipts and incorporated validation rules and a manual approval loop. Simultaneously, our team developed the CV analysis tool to accurately extract specific information, such as skills, gender, and nationality information of candidates.

Finally, our team refined all components and completed the full integration into our client’s platform. We conducted extensive testing of the image generation, document parsing, and CV analysis features, optimizing their performance based on real-world data and user feedback. This phase concluded with the deployment of all new features, followed by close monitoring and support to support smooth operation within our client’s existing workflow.
